CANCELLATION POLICY
QASYRA Cancellation Policy.
Last reviewed: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how a QASYRA managed service or standalone solution can be ended — including minimum commitments, the Month-7 review, notice periods and what happens to implementation work and usage costs already incurred.
1. Minimum commitment
QASYRA managed services carry a minimum commitment stated in your accepted proposal or order form — typically six months. The minimum commitment applies to recurring monthly management fees and is in place because the work involves setup, configuration and optimisation that is not recoverable month-to-month.
2. Month-7 review
At Month 7, QASYRA reviews the work completed and whether continued optimisation is providing useful ongoing value. This review is a decision point — not an automatic renewal. Either party may use it to continue, adjust scope, or wind down the arrangement on the terms agreed in your proposal.
3. Ending a managed service
After the minimum commitment, a managed service may be ended by giving the notice period stated in your accepted proposal or order. If no notice period is recorded, contact QASYRA to confirm the applicable notice before stopping any recurring payment. Services remain active and fees remain payable until the notice period has run.
4. Implementation work
Implementation fees cover strategy, design, configuration, integration, automation, AI configuration, testing and deployment. Implementation work already completed is generally non-refundable, because the deliverables and labour cannot be returned. This does not remove any statutory rights you may have under Singapore law.
5. Usage and third-party costs
Third-party and usage costs already incurred — such as WhatsApp messages, SMS, email, telephony, AI usage and external services — are non-refundable once charged by the underlying provider, except where the provider itself refunds them or where required by Singapore law.
6. Prepaid balances and wallets
Where usage is billed through a prepaid balance or wallet, any unused balance for QASYRA-managed services may be applied to your final account. Balances representing third-party usage already charged to QASYRA are non-refundable except where the underlying provider refunds them.
7. Suspension before cancellation
If a service is suspended due to overdue payment, unlawful use, spam, abuse, platform-policy violation or material security risk, cancellation does not take effect until the cause is resolved or the agreed notice period has run, whichever applies under your proposal.
8. Access to your data
On ending a managed service, QASYRA will provide reasonable assistance to help you export your business and customer data subject to applicable platform terms. Reusable QASYRA methodologies, templates, frameworks, generic workflows, prompts and system architecture remain QASYRA's property unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Standalone solutions
Standalone solutions with a defined setup scope (such as a website revamp) are delivered as a project. Cancellation of a standalone project before completion is handled according to the terms in your accepted proposal, and work already completed up to the cancellation point is generally non-refundable.
10. How to cancel
To cancel or end a managed service, contact QASYRA using the details you provided when enquiring and confirm the arrangement in writing. QASYRA will confirm the applicable notice period, any final fees and the data-export process.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This cancellation policy is intended as a commercial website policy. It has not been prepared or approved by a lawyer. The applicable minimum term, notice period and termination arrangements are those stated in your accepted proposal or order. Before final publication, cancellation and refund provisions should be reviewed by a qualified Singapore lawyer.
